The Engineered Stone Group acquires the assets of Resiblock

Livingstone's industrial team advised the buyer, which, with this acquisition, further strengthens its position in the bathroom products market

The Engineered Stone Group (ESG) has acquired the assets of Resiblock S.L., Baniana Bath S.L. and Bold The Solid Company S.L. (“Resiblock”), manufacturers of shower trays, baths and washbasins and other bathroom furniture. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Located in Luque (Córdoba), Resiblock is a leading Spanish company specializing in the manufacture of bathroom fixtures in Solid Surface and Engineered Stone. With a successful track record of more than 35 years, Resiblock has a wide customer base in Southern Europe with a strong focus on Spain. As a member of ESG, Resiblock, Baniana and Bold will maintain their headquarters, facilities and employees in Cordoba and will continue to serve their customers from there.

The Engineered Stone Group, a Cranemere Group company headquartered in UK, is a leading specialist in the production of shower trays, basins, bathtubs, and panels, as well as bathroom furniture. ESG offers a wide range of high-quality brands and products with a commitment to excellent customer service and continuous innovation in all the countries where it operates.
