Livingstone’s Special Situations team has advised insolvency administrator, Stefan Meyer, on the sale of Armatherm Günthel Fabrik technischer Meßinstrumente GmbH, to newly founded ARMATHERM Fabrik technischer Messgeräte GmbH & Co. KG. Armatherm Güntel Fabrik is a manufacturer of measurement equipment, controls and laboratory thermometers, manometers, syringes, frost protection testers and calibration services.

“The Livingstone team completed the sale process within just five weeks of being appointed. A fast and professional sales process was of particular importance for the customers and suppliers to ensure order and planning safety.” explains Stefan Meyer.
