Livingstone has advised the shareholders of Harvey Water Softeners, the leading manufacturer and retailer of water softeners in the UK, on its sale to global water treatment solutions provider Culligan International. Established in 1978 by founder Harvey Bowden, the business is widely recognised as the premier supplier of water softeners and related products in the UK and Belgium.
