Harvey Water Softeners has been acquired by Culligan International

Livingstone has advised the shareholders of Harvey Water Softeners, the leading manufacturer and retailer of water softeners in the UK, on its sale to global water treatment solutions provider Culligan International. Established in 1978 by founder Harvey Bowden, the business is widely recognized as the premier supplier of water softeners and related products in the UK and Belgium.

Founder Harvey Bowden, who will remain Chairman of the Harvey Water Softeners and will also work within the wider Culligan group going forwards, commented: “We are thrilled to have concluded a deal with Culligan.
