Fabio Sauter graduated with a B.Sc. in Business Administration and an M.Sc. in Controlling and Risk Management from the University of Siegen. During his studies he gained experience as a student at Maneris AG and as a research assistant at the Chair of Finance and Banking Management at the University of Siegen.
