Livingstone advises Kreab Iberia on its sale to Kreab Worldwide

The Livingstone Spain Media & Technology team has advised Kreab Iberia on its 100% sale to Kreab Worldwide. Kreab Worldwide is an international communication advisory firm with a presence in more than 25 countries. It offers corporate services and is specialized in financial communication and public affairs, offering its clients comprehensive strategic communication coverage.

Kreab Iberia, headquartered in Madrid, has been part of the Kreab group since 2009  and represents a third of the global annual revenues ~40m euros of the group.

Kreab Worldwide has increased its participation in Kreab Iberia to reach 100% of its capital. Eugenio Martínez Bravo, founder and majority shareholder of the company in Spain, will remain as president and CEO of Kreab Iberia and at the same time as executive vice president of the group.

Kreab, founded in 1970, has a portfolio of 500 clients in its 25 offices around the world and more than 400 employees with representation in 40 countries.
