
With over 25 years of experience as an advisor, Niels has successfully advised on dozens of transactions, including domestic and cross-border sales, acquisitions, capital raises, restructurings, and leveraged processes across a variety of industries such as Business Services, Industrials, Healthcare, and Consumer.
His global experiences as a banker and private equity investor inform his perspective, providing significant insights into the unique challenges of investing and selling a business. Consequently, he brings a deep understanding and clarity when tailoring custom recommendations for clients.
Before joining Livingstone in 2021, Niels worked as an M&A adviser for ABN AMRO, Barclays Capital, Rabobank, PwC in Amsterdam, London, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Niels’ last position was as Senior Adviser in the Benelux for Capvis AG, a Swiss private equity investor.
