Livingstone’s Business Services sector team has advised the shareholders of Incendium Consulting, a leading independent corporate real estate (CRE) consultancy, on its sale to The Instant Group, a leading global provider of flexible property solutions.
Set up by its six founding Partners in 2015, Incendium provides large real estate services procurement, consulting, and change management services to blue-chip clients.
