GFM Spezialmaschinenbau GmbH acquires assets of GFM

Livingstone Düsseldorf’s Special Situations team has advised the newly founded GFM Spezialmaschinenbau GmbH on the acquisition of the business assets of GFM. GFM manufacturers highly specialised machines and production systems for the medical, hygiene and catering industry. With an international client base, the company employs 13 staff. GFM Spezialmaschinenbau GmbH is focusing on restructuring the business to ensure its profitability going forward. The acquisition has secured the employment of all staff.
