Sergio holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and is a CFA Charterholder. Prior to joining Livingstone, Sergio worked in London for an alternative finance fintech and an M&A boutique in the middle market segment. Throughout this experience as an M&A professional, he has led many transactions in the UK within a wide variety of sectors such as Services, Technology, Industry, Healthcare or Food.
