Nick Markvorsen graduated from HULT International Business School in London with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance, followed by an internship at HGDF Familienholding and a year of work experience as an M&A consultant at Saxenhammer Corporate Finance in Berlin. Subsequently, he completed his Master’s in Accounting & Finance with a specialization in Corporate Finance at Lund University School of Economics and Management in Sweden. Since then, he has gained international M&A experience at Carlsquare, with sector expertise in consumer goods, TMT, and Industrials.
Nick Markvorsen joined Livingstone’s Hamburg office in 2022 and advises on international transactions across all sectors.
