Livingstone is pleased to announce the 3rd Fundación Livingstone Benefit Dinner taking place November 21st at Westin Hotel Valencia.
The benefit dinner features an art auction, a raffle and a few surprises with the proceeds dedicated to providing equitable education and clean, safe water in remote, rural areas of Zambia. The dinner is a celebration of the achievements and breakthroughs the Foundation is able to make thanks to the generosity of our supporters.
Founded in 2014, Fundación Livingstone was borne out of a passion for the people and cultures the founders encountered during their travels to the African continent.
Working closely with local organizations in sub-Saharan Africa to support education and water access projects, the Foundation partnered with Project Luangwa to build and maintain a primary school for over 500 children in Zambia. In an effort to provide careers for the children being educated, the foundation partnered with Chikowa Youth Development Center, a vocational training school. Finally, understanding the importance of clean water access lead to a partnership with Makolekole to fund the drilling of boreholes.
To attend, please rsvp with Stephanie Le Grand.
