Sebastian Engelbrecht

Sebastian Engelbrecht started in the Frankfurt office of Livingstone in April 2025. He has more than nine years of experience in advising on international M&A transactions with a particular focus on the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector.

Sebastian began his career in 2016 at the investment bank ACXIT Capital Partners (a Stifel Company) in Frankfurt, concentrating on technology companies in the areas of fintech, e-commerce, online education, and telecommunications. From 2020 to 2021, he was part of the Global Technology Group at the U.S. investment bank Stifel in Frankfurt, with a focus on IT services, cybersecurity, fintech, industrial technology, and additive manufacturing (3D printing). From 2021 to 2023, Sebastian was part of the Technology & Business Services team at U.S. investment bank Robert W. Baird in Frankfurt, focusing on software and business services companies, while working in the Corporate Finance / M&A team at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Frankfurt from 2023 to 2025, specializing in digital infrastructure and business services.
