Andrew is a Partner in Livingstone’s Global Industrials Group, which covers a broad range of sub sectors including Industrial Technology and Engineered Products and Services. He has over 20 years of experience advising middle market companies on M&A transactions, capital raises, and valuation-related matters.
Andy joined Livingstone in 2011. Prior to Livingstone, he was a Managing Director and led the Midwest Region of Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he completed numerous domestic and cross border transactions. He began his career at General Electric where he completed its FMP program.
