Livingstone Celebrates Two Well-Deserved Promotions at its Düsseldorf Location

Livingstone is proud to announce the promotions of two long-standing colleagues. At Livingstone, we are committed to promoting talent from within and rewarding the development of our employees as well as their individual commitment and outstanding performance. We’re especially proud to welcome a colleague who began his career with us as an Analyst to our extended circle of Partners.

Livingstone is pleased to announce the appointment of Frederik Schreurs as Associate Partner effective April 1, 2025. Mr. Schreurs began his career at Livingstone in 2015 and has since built up a broad base and transaction experience across numerous sectors on both the buy-side and sell-side. From the very beginning, Mr. Schreurs has accompanied international M&A projects with a focus on succession solutions, growth capital for technology companies, and buy and build strategies in the private equity environment. With transactions such as the sale of c-trace to Tomrav or Darwin CX’s investment in DSB, he has also played a key role in building up Livingstone’s Media & Technology practice in Germany in recent years together with Michael Westhoven.

“Frederik has undergone significant development in recent years and, in addition to his industry know-how in the field of Media & Technology, has also built up his own network of customers and investors. We are very pleased that he will continue this path and make a significant contribution to the systematic development of Livingstone Partners in this area,” says Ralph Hagelgans, Partner and Managing Director of Livingstone.

“I would like to thank Livingstone for the trust they have placed in me and for the opportunity to contribute with extended responsibility after many exciting years. The long-standing, cooperative partnership in a rapidly growing team was very formative for me and I am looking forward to the upcoming tasks,” adds Frederik Schreurs.

Also, on April 1, 2025, Niklas Naeve was promoted to Associate Director. After completing his master’s degree, Mr. Naeve started his career as an Analyst at Livingstone in 2021 and has since been an important part of the team in Düsseldorf, creating great added value with his experience, especially in the “Industry” and “Services” sector teams. His role at Livingstone includes advising on international corporate transactions on the buy-side and sell-side, including, for example, the sale of the WESSLING Group to ALS and the acquisition of Innotec by the Andra Tech Group.

Both promotions underscore Livingstone’s passion for systematically nurturing talent and investing in the long-term development of our team.
