Four Well-Deserved Promotions in Livingstone’s Chicago Office

Livingstone is thrilled to announce the promotion of four exceptional team members, recognizing their dedication, impact, and continued contributions to Livingstone’s success. Each has played a vital role in our growth, and we are confident they will continue to propel the firm forward in their new roles.

Adam Green was promoted to Managing Director. Adam joined Livingstone’s Special Situations practice in 2022 after serving as a senior banker in Lazard’s restructuring group. He has over twelve years of experience advising management teams, boards of directors, creditors, and financial sponsors across distressed situations and complex transactions. His recent contributions include deals involving Avante Health Solutions, Oberweis, Nogin, CARD, Dragonfly, and Mohawk Fine Paper.

Marisa Ramirez was promoted to Managing Director. Marisa joined Livingstone’s Debt Advisory practice in 2019 and transitioned to the firm’s Sponsor Coverage team in 2022. As a key member of the Sponsor Coverage team, she leads efforts to develop and institutionalize relationships with private equity firms, family offices, and other financial institutions. Her ability to build trust and lasting partnerships continues to strengthen our position in the middle market.

Joe Ens was promoted to Vice President. Joe began as an Analyst in 2020 and quickly advanced through the ranks by consistently delivering results, managing critical deal processes, and earning the trust of clients and colleagues alike.

Andi Lutolli was promoted to Associate. Since joining Livingstone as an Analyst in 2022, Andi has demonstrated sharp analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This well-deserved promotion reflects his growth and the value he brings.

We look forward to the continued impact of these talented professionals as they step into their new roles.
