Atrys Health has Acquired the Valencian Company Initia Oncologia

Livingstone’s Healthcare team has advised the shareholders of Initia Oncology on the sale of 100% of their stake in the company, and a majority stake in its research unit, Initia Research.

Initia is a Valencia-based company, with a track record of more than eleven years in the provision of medical oncology services, and its professionals have extensive experience in the treatment of solid tumors. Initia is a national and international reference in the field of oncological medicine and cancer research and specializes in medical oncology through the most modern therapies.
