Livingstone announces David Misch as Partner
Livingstone is pleased to announce today that David Misch has joined the firm as Partner and Head of Sponsor Coverage. Mr. Misch will be based in Los Angeles but will focus nationally on developing and institutionalizing the firm’s relationships with leading financial sponsors.
“Dave is a trusted, known entity amongst the mid-market sponsor community and we are extremely pleased to have him join the firm,” said Steve Miles, Partner and Co-Founder of Livingstone. “He joins at a time of rapid expansion for Livingstone and immediately will be instrumental in our continued efforts to build our presence with financial sponsors.”
With a career spanning 25 years, Misch is an industry veteran. He brings an extensive network and deep expertise to the role and looks forward to expanding the firm’s presence. “Over the last several years Livingstone has demonstrated it is committed to developing and nurturing long-term relationships with leading mid-market private equity firms,” says Misch. “I am excited to lead our dedicated sponsor coverage effort to help showcase the firm’s industry expertise to the private equity community, actively market deal flow, and identify key portfolio transaction opportunities. I look forward to sharing our knowledge of the investment landscape, elevating our existing relationships, and initiating new outreach efforts across the financial sponsor ecosystem.”
Prior to Levine Leichtman, Misch was Managing Director and Head of the Middle-Market Financial Sponsors group for the West Coast for Wells Fargo Securities, where his primary responsibilities included providing investment banking, valuation, and financial opinion services to private equity firms. Further, Dave was a founding member of Houlihan Lokey’s Sponsor Coverage practice, where he spent nearly 18 years of his investment banking career.
