Eric Suh is a Director at Livingstone, where he focuses on sourcing and executing M&A transactions across the firm’s Business & Technology Services, Consumer, and Industrials practices, with an emphasis on professional and outsourced services, beverages, and MedTech. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has played a key role in executing sell-side mandates, helping business owners and management teams achieve successful outcomes.

Eric is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience in transaction and financial advisory. He previously held senior-level roles in both public and private accounting, providing him with a strong financial foundation and broad exposure across industries, including outsourced services, software, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. In addition to his current sector focus, he has advised on a wide range of transactions, including sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raises, and special situations. He has built a reputation as a trusted advisor throughout his career.

Eric has been a guest speaker at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a panelist on various forums discussing M&A and investment banking.

A native Chicagoan, Eric lives in the northern suburbs with his wife and two children.
