
David Bergal

David is a Vice President in Livingstone’s Special Situations practice. Since joining the firm in 2020, he has supported the team in advising companies, creditors, and investors on complex M&A, financing, and restructuring transactions. His experience includes in- and out-of-court restructurings, including Section 363 and UCC Article 9 sales, across a variety of industries.
Prior to Livingstone, David was an Analyst at Ravinia Capital. He began his career in KPMG’s transaction services team, where he conducted financial due diligence and quality of earnings analyses for private equity and corporate acquirers.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Accounting from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
