As Vice President, Patrick supports the Debt Advisory practice, raising debt capital and arranging financings in support of acquisitions, mergers, dividend recapitalization, and opportunistic refinancings for private equity sponsors, independent sponsors, and private companies across a variety of industries and credit profiles.
Prior to joining Livingstone, Patrick spent nearly 5 years at Ally Bank, where he worked as a Director in the Sponsor Finance group and was responsible for underwriting senior credit facilities in support of middle-market private equity firms in the leveraged buyout and recapitalization of various investment opportunities. Patrick has also served in various underwriting roles at Manulife Investment Management, Barings, and Fifth Third Bank.
