David joined Livingstone in 2021 after previously working at City Capital Advisors. In his nine-year tenure at City Capital Advisors, David completed over 25 mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and private placement transactions totaling in excess of $1B in transaction value.
David began his investment banking career as an analyst at BMO Capital Markets and in the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services group of BB&T Capital Markets.
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business.
