Lindberg Stenberg Arkitekter has been acquired by Storskogen

Livingstone has advised leading architecture and construction firm, Lindberg Stenberg Arkitekter on a sale to Storskogen. Based on the Company’s strong position in residential construction with several longstanding and well-established customer relationships, Livingstone has positioned the investment opportunity and managed a structured sales process.

Founded in 1984, Lindberg Stenberg Arkitekter is a well-established company with ~50 architects who specialize in residential construction. Customers can be found all over Sweden and consist primarily of well-known housing associations. The Company has built strong, lasting relationships through its attractive range of services.

Storskogen is a private equity firm founded in 2012 with the aim to acquire and operate a diversified group of profitable companies with strong market positions. Storskogen owns around 70 business units with total sales of SEK 9 billion (USD 1 billion).

This Business Services transaction follows deals such as the sale of TM Konsult to AFRY , the sale of Pierre Entreprenad to Storskogen, and the sale of Biototal to MVI Equity.
