Umberto Rossi serves as the Managing Director of Livingstone in Milan and Verona, having joined Corus Corporate Finance S.p.A., now Livingstone Italy, since its establishment in 2015. Bringing over a decade of experience in investment banking, Umberto previously held positions at Mittel Advisory S.p.A. and Finanziaria Internazionale Holding S.p.A.
Specializing in advising entrepreneurs and investors, he plays a central role in navigating Italian and cross-border M&A transactions across various sectors. Notably, Umberto has led transactions within the waste management, food & beverage, furniture & design, industrial equipment, HVAC, and TMT sectors, offering invaluable guidance to his clients.
