Luca Maccagnani Castelli is the Managing Partner and Founder of Corus Corporate Finance S.p.A., now Livingstone Italy, based in Milan and Verona. Luca is a seasoned expert in acquisitions, divestments, and debt restructuring, with a distinguished career that includes roles at UBS Investment Bank, Borghesi Colombo & Associati, and Interbanca.
Prior to founding Corus in 2014, he was also a Founding Partner and Director at Colombo & Associati S.r.l.
Throughout his career, Luca has provided advisory services to both national and international clients across various sectors, including waste management & equipment, food & beverage, industrial technology, chemicals, pharmaceuticals e retail.
