Livingstone Stockholm has acted as sole financial advisor to GoExcellent in a broad international sales process where part owner KKR acquires the shares in GoExcellent. The acquisition establishes Webhelp in the Nordic region, where it will be able to offer its services in four new languages.

GoExcellent has 1,700 employees across Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark that deliver services and products in customer experience to an impressive client base of both Nordic and international companies. The Company has enjoyed strong growth in recent years and recorded a turnover of SEK 740 million in 2015.

GoExcellent is acquired by Webhelp, a global provider of business process outsourcing services headquartered in Paris that following the deal has 35,000 employees in 27 countries. The acquisition is in line with the group’s strategy to actively pursue geographic expansion, which has been made possible through the new part owner KKR. Webhelp’s turnover in 2016 is expected to be USD 1 billion.

“We are extremely pleased with the way Livingstone has handled the process and met our expectations. GoExcellent now becomes part of a global company with the industrial strengths to support future development in customer experience. Fuelled with Webhelp’s innovation strength and customer insights, GoExcellent’s position in the Nordic region will be further strengthened,” says Terje Andreassen, CEO at GoExcellent.

“GoExcellent is a well-managed Swedish entrepreneurial company with a highly attractive client base. Once again, we’ve experienced a competitive process with international interest from both financial and industrial investors,” says Kenneth Westlund, Partner at Livingstone.

The deal is expected to be completed in August.
