
Patrick Hopkins is a Director at Livingstone where he helps the firm source and execute sell-side M&A and special situations transactions ensuring successful, positive outcomes for his clients.
Since joining the firm in 2016, Patrick has worked with a wide range of mid-market companies on M&A, debt advisory, and special situations transactions across multiple sectors with a particular focus on the industrial sector as well as special situations.
A Certified Public Accountant (inactive), Patrick has extensive experience with financial accounting, reporting, internal controls, and financial valuation expertise. Patrick previously worked as a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s audit practice before beginning his investment banking career at Baird. While there he focused on sell-side M&A transactions in the firm’s Global Industrial Group.
