Promotions at Livingstone’s Chicago and London Teams

As Livingstone completes its 28th transaction in the last six months, the London and Chicago teams have made a number of promotions across the Debt Advisory, Consumer, Industrials and Media & Technology sectors.

Tom Lesch has been promoted to Partner. Tom leads Livingstone Chicago’s Debt Advisory practice, and has recently completed the refinancing of Turning Technologies and raised acquisition finance for CSCP-backed Premium Inspection & Testing.

Anand Parekh has been promoted to Associate Director. Anand sits in the Media & Technology team and has recently advised on major transactions including the successful fundraising for Ding, the sale of Javelin Group to Accenture, and the acquisition of Briefing Media for Lyceum Capital.

Barry Sheehan has also been promoted to Associate Director, in Livingstone’s Industrials sector team, having recently advised on the high-profile sale of Brookdale to Tracscare and the sale of Adare Group to Endless.

Jamie Hutton, in Livingstone’s Consumer sector team, has been promoted to Associate. Jamie’s recently completed transactions include the sale of Fleetway Travel, the acquisition of for LDC, and the sale of Lloyds Register Rail.
