Daniel Domberger becomes a Partner
Livingstone is delighted to announce that Daniel Domberger has become a Partner in the London team with effect from 1 April 2014.
Daniel has been with Livingstone for nine years and has played an important role in developing the firm’s Media & Technology team, focusing on technology platforms.
Richard Fetterman, Partner at Livingstone London and head of the Media & Technology sector team, commented: “Daniel has made a really valuable contribution to building Livingstone’s media:tech capabilities and is a key reason why we are enjoying significant momentum across the sector. He has been originating and leading projects successfully for several years and we are delighted to welcome him to the partnership by way of recognition for his hard work and commitment.”
Daniel’s recent transaction track record includes the March 2014 sale of ad-tech platform FusePump to WPP, the acquisitions of Le Cafetière, KitchenCraft and Creative Tops for NASDAQ-listed Lifetime Brands, and the sales of Lab21 to Trinity Biotech and Taste Festivals to IMG in 2013.
Daniel added: “The last nine years have been an incredibly fulfilling time for me at Livingstone. It is testimony to the firm’s strong culture that it continues to develop young talent through the ranks. I am thrilled to be joining the firm’s leadership team and looking forward to driving the Media & Technology sector team forward with Richard, Tim and the rest of the team here.”
Prior to joining Livingstone as an Executive in 2003, Daniel worked in the corporate finance practice of accountancy firm Moore Stephens, and in the M&A team at Tyco Electronics in Pennsylvania and California.
