Livingstone’s Consumer sector team is pleased to announce the acquisition by Lifetime Brands, Inc. of the business and certain assets of La Cafetière from The Greenfield Group Limited, including exclusive distribution rights. Livingstone advised Lifetime on the transaction.
Lifetime is a global provider of branded kitchenware, tableware and other products used in the home. The group markets its products in the UK and internationally under well-recognised consumer brand names.
Livingstone previously advised Lifetime on its acquisitions of Creative Tops and Kitchen Craft, helping the NASDAQ-listed company to develop and implement its global acquisition strategy.
With operations in the UK, Europe and the USA, La Cafetière designs and distributes products to brew and serve coffee and tea including iconic La Cafetière French presses. Its products are marketed worldwide under the La Cafetière® and Randwyck® brands.
