Richard is a Senior Consultant to Livingstone, with over 25 years experience in the City, at Kleinwort Benson and KPMG Corporate Finance. After graduating from Exeter University, Richard joined the Plessey Company, initially as a graduate trainee, and progressed via manufacturing to finance executive. Richard has extensive experience of AIM and Listed domestic and international complex corporate finance transactions, across a full range of sectors, and was both a UKLA “Suitably Experienced Employee” and AIM “Qualified Executive”. His experience includes flotations, rights issues and placings and a wide variety of “City Code”, restructuring and other M&A transactions.

Having completed his schooling in Australia, Daniel graduated from Oxford University in 2000. He then moved to the United States to join Tyco Electronics Corporation, the world's largest supplier of passive electronic components, where he worked as part of Tyco's in-house M&A team. Upon his return to the UK, Daniel joined Moore Stephens Corporate Finance, where he advised clients on a range of transaction types. He continued his education in his spare time, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2004.
Daniel devotes most of his time to working in Livingstone's Consumer sector team, with a specific focus on Consumer Brands.

After graduating in Economics from Manchester University, Richard qualified as a solicitor before joining international City law firm Herbert Smith, where he practised as a corporate lawyer. Richard joined Livingstone Partners from KPMG Corporate Finance and is a seasoned transactor, who has advised on a broad range of both domestic UK and cross-border private and public corporate finance deals in a career stretching over 14 years. Richard’s clients have included GUS, Argos, BAT, the BBC, Trinity Mirror, Reuters, Saga Group and a wide variety of private equity houses and owner managed businesses. Richard teaches a course entitled "How to manage a Transaction" on the MBA course at INSEAD, Europe’s largest business school.

Following graduation from Cambridge University and law school, Jeremy joined Clifford Chance, the international corporate law firm. Since qualifying as a lawyer in 1991 Jeremy has specialised in M&A in the public and private company arenas.
Jeremy joined Livingstone in 1993, he has led deals in a variety of sectors including defence and automotive engineering, printing and packaging, building products and consultancy.
Jeremy is primarily responsible for leading the firm's Business Services sector team but is also active in the media:tech sector. Jeremy has played an active role in developing Livingstone's international M&A capability.

Kristian joined BDO Stoy Hayward in 1998, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, working with entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses.
In 2004 he joined KPMG's mid-market Corporate Finance team, where he focused on private equity transactions with clients including Candover, Exponent, Trinity Mirror and National Accident Helpline.
He was a member of the Healthcare and Support Services teams at KPMG prior to joining Livingstone in 2007.
Kristian now focuses on the Business Services sector team.

Patrick qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in Dublin. He then joined multinational fruit distributor The Fyffes Group in London as Special Projects Accountant where he gained extensive operational and corporate finance experience working in the UK, USA and Spain.
Patrick has led a significant number of management buy-outs/buy-ins, acquisition and disposal assignments since joining in 1994. He has extensive experience in the Food, Print & Packaging, Manufacturing and Home and Building Products sectors.
He heads up Livingstone's Private Equity practise and co-heads Livingstone's Consumer team.

Previously a business analyst at PPM Ventures, part of the Prudential, Michelle joined Livingstone in 2004 to work primarily as an analyst across Leisure and Marketing Services sectors. Tim joined Livingstone in 1989 with experience of buying and selling companies as a principal.
Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, he moved into a corporate development role with a number of international groups.
Tim has advised on over 100 deals at Livingstone with deal values of up to £200m ($400m). He has worked with owner-managers, listed and international groups, private equity houses and management teams on buying and selling businesses in sectors such as media:tech, Recruitment, Food and Financial Services. Tim is jointly responsible for Livingstone's media:tech team.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at regional accountancy firm BKL, Harry worked for a subsidiary of UK leisure group Rank Group plc. Returning to BKL, he assisted in the eventual sale of the firm to Tenon Group plc. Harry was part of the Tenon team that acquired Livingstone in October 2001 and, when it concluded its buy-out from Tenon in 2003, he joined the Livingstone team. He plays an active role in assisting and supporting clients and transactions, in addition to advising Livingstone on all partnership financial matters.

Tamara Scribante originally from South Africa, gained her BA (Law) LLB from the University of Stellenbosch in 2000 and then went on to do her professional legal training at the School for Legal Practice in 2001. She then accepted a role at Jennifer Mynhardt Attorneys in South Africa where she trained as a candidate attorney. In 2002, she moved to Dublin where she worked for Zurich Financial Services/Eagle Star as a legal consultant. A year later, Tamara moved to London to work as a paralegal in the litigation department handling a case portfolio of 220 fast and multi-track claims.
In 2004, Tamara took on yet another challenge as part of the Livingstone Business Development team and works across the firm's full spectrum of industry sectors specialisations.

Nigel graduated from Oxford University in 1978 having studied PPE.
He spent the first 11 years of his career working in the City, both as a shipbroker and corporate financier with a leading merchant bank.
In 1989 he formed and led a management buy-in of a leading caravan manufacturing company based on the South Coast. This business was sold in 1995 at which stage he was asked to take control of a packaging company that was in financial difficulties. He completed a successful turnaround of the company, which was sold in 1998.
Since that time he has been involved in running several other packaging companies as well as acting as an NED of a medical equipment company and Chairman of an AIM listed technology business.

Nigel Morgan - In Memoriam

Nigel started his initial career at Price Waterhouse after joining the firm from Liverpool University with an upper second degree in Biotechnology.
In 1993, he joined Invex, a specialist firm of corporate finance advisers, where he acquired substantial experience of closing deals, many of them involving owner managers and the venture capital community. Immediately prior to joining Livingstone in 2001, Nigel gained significant experience at Deloitte's Corporate Finance where he was responsible for originating, leading and completing a variety of transactions, with an emphasis on Technology deals.
In February 2009, aged 40, Nigel lost his short, but brave, fight against throat cancer. Nigel made a valuable and lasting contribution to Livingstone during his time with the firm. He was always a positive and extremely popular member of the team, liked by clients and colleagues alike. Both professionally and personally, Nigel is greatly missed and will forever be in the Livingstone family’s thoughts.
