Christopher has nearly ten years of M&A advisory experience and is Co-Head of Livingstone’s Consumer sector team.
Christopher joined Livingstone in 2005, prior to which he spent five years at Ernst & Young in London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Christopher has advised on over 25 transactions, including company disposals, fundraisings, acquisitions and a large number of private equity backed deals. Christopher has a specialist focus on the Travel, Leisure, Retail and Consumer Products sectors.
Christopher’s recent transactions include the £47m sale of cinema group City Screen to Cineworld plc, the (2009) recapitalisation and subsequent (2012) £19m sale of online travel agent Iglu.com, and the £50m sale of leading business travel management group Reed & Mackay.
Christopher graduated from Durham University in 1999.

Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young after joining the firm from the University of Nottingham where he studied Economics. During his time at Ernst & Young, Simon was part of the corporate finance rotation programme, spending time in the M&A, restructuring, commercial and financial due diligence teams. He gained experience across a broad spectrum of sectors, with a particular emphasis on retail and media. Simon joined Livingstone in April 2010, and works across a variety of sectors.

After graduating from Durham University, Neil joined his family business, and was actively involved in the sale of that groups of companies in a cross-border deal. Neil has lived in Spain since 1985, and working in M&A since 1991. He was the founding partner of what is now Livingstone Spain. He has led deals in a variety of sectors, including construction products, industrial manufacturing, transport and logistics, food and healthcare, many of which have been international in nature. He has been responsible for a significant amount of leverage buy-outs. Neil currently heads the Consumer and Healthcare sectors at Livingstone Spain. He speaks at several prestigious conferences in Spain and also teaches at the IE Business School (Madrid).

Eva earned a degree in Business Administration from Valencia University (Spain), and she has a Master in Quantitative Finance. Eva started her career in a family company before she joined Bancaja (now called Bankia) in 2004, working on the structuring of capital market financing transactions. In June 2006 she started working in the financial department of a Spanish leading real estate group, structuring the financing of transactions. Since joining Livingstone in 2007, Eva has advised on and led transactions in a wide range of sectors. Eva’s recent transactions include a debt restructuring deal that involved six financial entities and the majority sale of Oro Direct to JZI International.

Paul studied Law at the University of East Anglia, Norwich (UK), and spent a year studying in the Université Jean Moulin,Lyon (France). After graduating Paul joined James Cowper in Reading (UK), where he worked as an Auditor and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003. The following year Paul moved to the firm’s Corporate Finance department where he worked on transactions for companies from a wide range of sectors. Paul joined Livingstone in 2007, he has recently advised on the saleof a Kimberly Clark manufacturing plant Spain to a consortium of Basque companies and PE fund Ezten; andon the majority sale of Oro Direct to JZI International.

Christian began his career in the venture capital department of a large German bank. He then took over the position as Managing Director of a mid-cap tooling company serving the steel industry to restructure the business.
After a successful turnaround, he joined the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz in early 1997 where he was Managing Director and Partner from 2000 until the end of 2008. In this function he was in charge of the increasing internationalisation of the advisory services offered by InterFinanz and played a substantial role in founding a leading international partnership of independent M&A advisors where he was made sole Managing Director upon foundation.
Christian is co-founder and shareholder of Livingstone Germany.
He has expert knowledge in the automotive, electrical engineering, information technology, mechanical engineering and tooling, food & beverages, textiles, construction materials and sanitary industries.

He then spent four years with a large German bank as a project manager and later as head of equity financing for mid-cap technology companies.
