For over 30 years, the Livingstone team has been delivering cross-border deals to clients in the middle market. Since 1995:

Livingstone was the first UK M&A adviser to create an international network of independent boutiques. By 2006, the firm had developed relationships with 31 partners around the world, creating an effective clearing house for deals with an international dimension. Livingstone developed deep-rooted long standing friendships - based on professional respect and profit - with many of these firms. Our clients continue today to benefit from these relationships.

In 2007, Livingstone was established as an integrated middle market M&A house offering a seamless international investment banking service from three offices in the UK, US and Spain, all under common ownership. The business leverages the expertise of a unique global research team, comprised of 10 sector-focused analysts concentrating exclusively on the identification of strategic and financial partners from around the world for our clients.

In addition to advising local clients on local transactions, Livingstone is uniquely positioned to provide comprehensive trans-Atlantic coverage. Livingstone’s vendor clients now have direct access to strategic buyers and private equity investors from the US and Europe. Multinational groups also now have the benefit of a seamless M&A service across both regions, whether handling non-core divestments or supporting acquisition-led expansion strategies.
