The arrival of Richard Fetterman in September has further broadened Livingstone’s deal-making know-how.Richard will lead Livingstone's Media Team, having previously been instrumental in the development of KPMG’s corporate finance media practice. Whilst with KPMG, Richard led a wide range of publishing, exhibitions, marketing services, broadcast media and other content deals. Richard has also advised companies in the consumer and industrial products, support services, leisure and technology sectors.
He originally trained as a solicitor at Paisner & Co, where he qualified into the corporate department, before moving to Herbert Smith to focus on private and public company mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
