Jim heads Livingstone’s Healthcare practice. He has 17 years of experience advising public and private companies on all phases of mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. Jim has extensive experience in various areas of healthcare including home health, physical therapy, physician practices and laboratory services. Prior to joining Livingstone, Jim served as Director at Lazard Middle Market and as an associate with Lehman Brothers. He began his career at Arthur Andersen.

After graduating from the University of Durham, where he studied Economics, Anant joined Ernst & Young, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He also holds an MSc (Distinction) in Accounting and Finance from Cass Business School. During his time at Ernst & Young, Anant was part of the firm’s Financial Services team, initially within their audit practice and subsequently within their M&A team. Having worked on a number of buy-side, sell- side and fund-raising assignments for PE houses, owner managers and corporates, Anant has extensive experience of managing M&A processes, detailed company analysis, financial modelling and valuation. Anant works across a variety of Livingstone’s sectors.

After graduating in Economics from Manchester University, Richard qualified as a lawyer at Paisner & Co before joining Herbert Smith as a corporate lawyer. In 1999 Richard joined KPMG Corporate Finance where he was instrumental in the development of its media team until joining Livingstone in 2006.
Richard is jointly responsible for Livingstone’s media:tech team and is currently developing Livingstone’s global Healthcare team. Richard has led a wide range of private and public company transactions across numerous sectors.

Having completed his schooling in Australia, Daniel graduated from Oxford University in 2000. He then moved to the United States to join Tyco Electronics Corporation, the world's largest supplier of passive electronic components, where he worked as part of Tyco's in-house M&A team. Upon his return to the UK, Daniel joined Moore Stephens Corporate Finance, where he advised clients on a range of transaction types. He continued his education in his spare time, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2004.
Daniel devotes most of his time to working in Livingstone's media:tech sector, with a focus on software and online media, and the Consumer sector team.

After graduating from Durham University, Neil joined his family business, and was actively involved in the sale of that groups of companies in a cross-border deal. Neil has lived in Spain since 1985, and working in M&A since 1991. He was the founding partner of what is now Livingstone Spain. He has led deals in a variety of sectors, including construction products, industrial manufacturing, transport and logistics, food and healthcare, many of which have been international in nature. He has been responsible for a significant amount of leverage buy-outs. Neil currently heads the Consumer and Healthcare sectors at Livingstone Spain. He speaks at several prestigious conferences in Spain and also teaches at the IE Business School (Madrid).

After finishing his studies, Ximo began working in the Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros (Foundation of Market and Financial Studies), a part of the Valencia Stock Exchange, as a member of the team that developed the Mercado de Futuros de Cítricos (Futures Market for Citrus Products). In 1997 he joined what is now Livingstone, where he began working on M&A activities with Neil Collen. In 2004 he was promoted to Director of the firm and in 2007 he became a partner of the firm alongside Neil Collen. Ximo has had many years experience with private equity in Spain, and has closed deals in facilities management, IT and light manufacturing. Ximo currently heads our IT sector team.

Jochen began his career in the private equity division of a large German bank in 1992. For the first three years, he was in charge of venture capital financing of young technology companies, then for a further three years he worked as head in the equity financing division for mid-cap companies and specialised in IPOs.
From 1999 until the end of 2008 he worked for the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz, from 2002 as a Director and from 2006 as a Partner.
Jochen is co-founder and shareholder of Livingstone Germany.
He has international transaction experience and specialist knowledge of technology industries including mechanical and plant engineering, automotive, electrical engineering, sanitary industry, technical wholesale, information technology & Internet, MedTech and travel & leisure.

Ralf started his career in the finance department of Thyssen and then moved into the industrial participations group of a large German bank. From 1999 until 2004 he worked as team leader and Senior Manager for Industrial Products with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and formed part of the Ernst & Young international M&A group. For the following 5 years Ralf was Director Corporate Development EMEA for a large industrial US firm. Ralf joined Livingstone Germany in 2010 as a Partner.
In the last 18 years, Ralf has gained extensive experience in M&A advisory, finance, controlling and integration management. He has led more than 50 cross-border transactions.
Ralf has deep sector knowledge in industrial products, chemicals, packaging, logistics, industrial services and health care.

Daniel studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim and the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) before he started his career in the corporate finance sector team Energy/Public Sector of Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie in 2006.
Since 2007 he worked in the corporate finance department of equinet Bank AG, a specialised bank for mid-cap companies. He was involved in many capital market transactions and helped with numerous national and international transactions to establish the M&A business. Daniel was part of the renewable energy team.
Daniel joined Livingstone Germany in 2012. He has international transaction experience and special knowledge within the Energy and Renewable Energy sector, Engineered Products as well as Healthcare.

Johannes studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne, the Helsinki School of Economics and the University of Oulu in Finland. In his studies he was focused on finance and corporate finance and graduated in 2009.
He completed various internships at investment banks and consultancies in Germany and abroad. He also gained practical insights on a project for a trade and services conglomerate.
Johannes joined Livingstone Germany in 2009 and has gained first transaction experiences over the years. Within the Livingstone sector teams Johannes is focused on automotive, engineered products, business services, healthcare and consumer products.
Due to his academic and professional record Johannes has a broad set of international experience.
