Chris heads Livingstone’s Business Services and Technology practices. He brings to the firm 10 years of investment banking experience across a broad range of industries.
Prior to joining Livingstone, he was a Managing Director at Wells Fargo Securities, where he helped develop its middle market investment banking practice. Chris previously spent five years at Merrill Lynch & Company, specializing in technology and related sectors, and was a corporate attorney for Sidley & Austin.

With a degree in Business Management and a Masters in Tax advice, Javier has worked in several national and multinational firms as Finance Director, in industries such as Advertising, Textile Manufacturing and Retail and Electronics. He joined the predecessor of Livingstone Spain in 1999, and he has completed numerous deals across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, software, and financial services. Drawing on his corporate experience, Javier primarily focuses on light manufacturing and services, and is responsible for the media and marketing services team.

After completing a BSc in Psychology at Teesside University, Michelle went on to complete an MSc in Evolutionary Psychology at Liverpool University.
Previously a business analyst at PPM Ventures, part of the Prudential, Michelle joined Livingstone in 2004 to work primarily as an analyst across Leisure and Marketing Services sectors. She has since moved into a Business Development role, working closely with team members to create deal and investment opportunities for Livingstone's clients.

Colin Lloyd - Adviser (Livingstone London)

Colin founded KLP Group in 1970, which became a global marketing services organisation. In 1990 KLP Group was acquired by the French advertising group RSCG and Colin was appointed to the board as President - Marketing Services Worldwide and Chairman of its UK operations.
He was appointed Chief Executive of the Direct Marketing Association (UK), becoming President in 1999. Under his leadership the DMA grew to be the largest trade association in its sector in Europe. He jointly founded the International Federation of Direct Marketing Associations, representing DMA's globally and was appointed the organisations first President. At the same time he was appointed Vice President of the Federation of Direct Marketing (FEDMA) the European representative body for direct marketing.

Tim joined Livingstone in 1989 with experience of buying and selling companies as a principal.
Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, he moved into a corporate development role with a number of international groups.
Tim has advised on over 100 deals at Livingstone with deal values of up to £200m ($400m). He has worked with owner-managers, listed and international groups, private equity houses and management teams on buying and selling businesses in sectors such as marketing services, technology, recruitment, food and financial services. Tim is jointly responsible for Livingstone's Media & Marketing Services team.

Nigel Morgan - Director (Livingstone London)

Nigel started his initial career at Price Waterhouse after joining the firm from Liverpool University with an upper second degree in Biotechnology.
In 1993, he joined Invex, a specialist firm of corporate finance advisers, where he acquired substantial experience of closing deals, many of them involving owner managers and the venture capital community. Immediately prior to joining Livingstone in 2001, Nigel gained significant experience at Deloitte's Corporate Finance where he was responsible for originating, leading and completing a variety of transactions, with an emphasis on Technology deals.
At Livingstone, Nigel focuses on the Technology sector and a mix of M&A and private equity transactions across most other industry sectors.

Jaime obtained a degree in Law & Business Administration at St. Pablo CEU (Madrid), he started his career as a lawyer. After returning from London, working with the Sol Melia group he obtained a MBA at Instituto de Empresa (Madrid). Before he joined Livingstone partners in 2007, he was working in Caterpillar Finance as an EAME (Europe, Africa & Middle East) Finance Analyst, reporting to the company’s vicepresident. He is currently working on projects in the services sector.

Shane is an independent consultant with over 20 years international B2B and consumer direct marketing experience providing strategic advice and practical training to both end users and DM suppliers. Clients include Dennis Publishing, HBOS, the Institute of Directors and Royal Mail. Specialising in data, databases and analysis, Shane enjoys helping large and small businesses use direct marketing to significantly improve the bottom line.
In addition to her consultancy business - Think Direct - Shane also holds a number of board advisory roles.
She was recently awarded an honorary fellowship of the Institute of Direct Marketing and is the current chair of the IDM's B2B council. Shane undertook her first management buy-out, of Ibis Information Services, at the age of 28.
Simon Roncoroni - Adviser (Livingstone London)

Simon has been closely associated with the development of the Call Centre sector since
the 1970's. In 1980, he was involved in the formation of the UK's very first telemarketing agency. After a period as Marketing Director of BT's Telephone Marketing Services business, he founded the L&R Group in 1989, known for its ground-breaking work with major corporations wishing to establish Call Centres.
In 1997, Simon sold L&R (with Livingstone's assistance) to SITEL, the world's largest Contact Centre outsourcing company, heading up their European consulting operations. In 2000, he left SITEL to set up SRC, where he continues to operate at the most senior levels of the Contact Centre sector. Simon advises Livingstone on a broad spectrum of direct marketing and telemarketing issues.

After finishing his studies, Ximo began working in the Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros (Foundation of Market and Financial Studies), a part of the Valencia Stock Exchange, as a member of the team that developed the Mercado de Futuros de Cítricos (Futures Market for Citrus Products). In 1997 he joined what is now Livingstone, where he began working on M&A activities with Neil Collen. In 2004 he was promoted to Director of the firm and in 2007 he became a partner of the firm alongside Neil Collen. Ximo has had many years experience with private equity in Spain, and has closed deals in facilities management, IT and light manufacturing. Ximo currently heads our IT sector team.

Ian Watson - Analyst (Livingstone London)

After graduating from University College London with a BSc (Hons) degree in Information Systems and Management, Ian worked as a Systems Consultant for Northern Connection a boutique IT implementation house, before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2004. During his time at PwC, Ian worked with leading multinationals in the Technology and Financial Services sectors in the area of Information Technology Risk Management and Best Practice. At Livingstone, Ian is focused on the Technology and Media sectors.
