Livingstone educates Nace in its acquisition of Areteia College

Livingstone Madrid has assisted NACE in its acquisition of Colegio Areteia in December 2007.NACE is a leading private group in the Spanish education market, with an existing portfolio of six schools with 4,000 students. Backed by private equity, NACE has an aggressive growth strategy based on organic expansion, greenfield school sites and selective acquisitions.
Colegio Areteia is focused on children with learning difficulties. With 400 students, Colegio Areteia is profitable and highly thought of in its sector, with an enviable record in assisting its students, reflected in a very long waiting list.
Livingstone worked with NACE to identify and analyse potential acquisition candidates, and assisted in the negotiations.
