Livingstone Adds to Chicago Banking Team

Livingstone Partners today announced the addition of Andrew Bozzelli and Connor Mitchell to the firm’s growing Chicago team. The firm expects to continue to hire throughout 2010.

Bozzelli joins Livingstone as an Associate from KPMG, where he most recently held the position of Tax Manager in the Financial Services Group. He brings over five years of experience advising private equity firms, corporations, and other entities on tax issues related to U.S. and international equity and debt investments. He will earn his MBA from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business in June 2010. A CPA, Bozzelli earned an MS in Accountancy and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Mitchell joins Livingstone as a financial and research analyst from Billow Butler & Company, where he supported M&A and capital raising services in a variety of sectors, including consumer products and technology. He previously worked at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. and the Merrill Lynch Private Banking and Investment Group. Mitchell earned a BS in Finance from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business at Miami University.
