Livingstone adds three Vice Presidents

Livingstone Partners, is pleased to announce that Ryan Buckley, Thomas Mills and Karl Freimuth have been named Vice Presidents of the firm. Most recently Associates, Buckley, Mills and Freimuth have all been with Livingstone since its international integration in 2007 and have helped drive the firm’s growth and early successes.

Though he has broad execution expertise across multiple sectors, Buckley focuses primarily in the Consumer sector. A University of Michigan alumnus, he has 5 years of middle market transaction experience at Livingstone and another Chicago boutique.

Freimuth specializes in the General Industrial sector and in Distressed transactions. Prior to joining Livingstone, the University of Michigan graduate spent five years as a Corporate Restructuring Vice President at Mesirow Financial Consulting and KPMG.

Mills will lead Livingstone’s Debt Capital Markets efforts, leveraging his nine years of middle market commercial finance experience. Mills, a 2010 MBA candidate from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, previously worked at LaSalle Bank/Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase.

Livingstone expects to recruit other professionals, including multiple investment banking associates and financial analysts, to the firm in early 2010.
