Lazard Losses are Livingstone's Gain

In important moves for Livingstone’s Chicago and Madrid teams, former Lazard bankers Jim Moskal and Bill MacDonald have joined the firm.Jim Moskal joins Livingstone’s Chicago team as Managing Director and brings 12 years of investment banking experience to the firm. Joining Livingstone from Lazard Middle Market, after six years at the company, James brings a robust deal resume in the Healthcare sector. He has also led multiple Industrial, Agribusiness, and Business Services transactions. Prior to Lazard, Moskal worked as an investment banking associate in the Industrial Group at Lehman Brothers.
“I am excited to join the Livingstone team and to further develop the firm’s growing franchise in Healthcare,” said Jim. “This sector continues to expand rapidly, and there is unmet demand for expert mid-market M&A advisors, particularly those with trans-Atlantic capabilities.”

Bill joins as a partner in Madrid, bringing to the team over 15 years experience in investment banking. Prior to joining Livingstone, Bill spent 10 years at Lazard, where he was responsible for the generation and execution of M&A transactions in sectors such as Construction and Building Materials, Hotels and Leisure, Telecoms and Technology. Prior to Lazard, he was Head of Mergers & Acquisitions in Madrid at Banco Central Hispanoamericano and a Senior Associate of Salomon Brothers International in London.
