Following completion of both a Bachelors of Science in Management as well as a Master of Finance degree from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, Fletcher began his career in Investment Banking as an analyst at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co., a Chicago-based M&A boutique. At BGL Fletcher gained experience in both domestic and international transactions across an array of industries. In 2005 he was promoted to senior analyst and began to focus exclusively on cross-border M&A. In 2007, Fletcher joined Livingstone Partners as a member of the team in Madrid, Spain. Fletcher has worked on transactions in a variety of sectors, including industrial products, packaging, consumer products and healthcare services. Karl brings nearly five years of corporate finance, transaction and restructuring experience to Livingstone, including work in many industry sectors and both debtor and creditor representation. He was previously a Corporate Restructuring Vice President at Mesirow Financial Consulting and transaction manager at KPMG.

With a degree in Business Management and a Masters in Tax advice, Javier has worked in several national and multinational firms as Finance Director, in industries such as Advertising, Textile Manufacturing and Retail and Electronics. He joined the predecessor of Livingstone Spain in 1999, and he has completed numerous deals across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, software, and financial services. Drawing on his corporate experience, Javier primarily focuses on light manufacturing and services, and is responsible for the media and marketing services team.

After gaining her Degree in Economic Sciences from Hasselt University (Belgium), Elena worked for over a year as a junior M&A consultant in the Netherlands (Strategy & Finance, B.V.) after which she moved back to Spain and joined in 2001 the Madrid team of Livingstone partners as an M&A executive and coordinator for the firm’s international projects. As deal originator for the company, Elena is responsible for the origination and development of national and international transactions with Livingstone Partners in its various territories. She has broad experience working with national and multinational clients on cross-border disposal and acquisition projects mainly in the Business Services sector (Facilities Management, Certification Services and Human Resources) and Industrial Manufac


Tom Phipps - Business Development (Livingstone London)

After graduating from University College, London with a degree in history in 1995, Tom joined the Financial Times Group, where he worked as a sector analyst. Since he joined Livingstone in 1998, Tom has led a number of transactions in a variety of different sectors and has developed considerable experience in the Consumer, Technology and Business Services sectors. Much of Tom's current role is focused on developing Livingstone's Food & Beverage, Human Capital and Technology sectors, leading transactions and generating deal opportunities.

Tamara Scribante - Business Development (Livingstone London)

Tamara Scribante originally from South Africa, gained her BA (Law) LLB from the University of Stellenbosch in 2000 and then went on to do her professional legal training at the School for Legal Practice in 2001. She then accepted a role at Jennifer Mynhardt Attorneys in South Africa where she trained as a candidate attorney. In 2002, she moved to Dublin where she worked for Zurich Financial Services/Eagle Star as a legal consultant. A year later, Tamara moved to London to work as a paralegal in the litigation department handling a case portfolio of 220 fast and multi-track claims. In 2004, Tamara took on yet another challenge as part of the Livingstone Business Development team and works across the firm's full spectrum of industry sectors specialisations.

Michael brings unparalleled industry experience to Livingstone as Industry Adviser for Human Capital, part of the firm's Business Services sector team. With over 20 years at the top end of the executive search arena, Michael has held a series of CEO in highly competitive, multinational, professional services environments. He has advised numerous clients on a myriad of critical corporate issues including succession planning, senior appointments and M&A. Since retiring as CEO of TMP Worldwide, he has built up a portfolio of non-executive directorships and consultancies. Michael is chairman of the European Study Group, the leading organisation interfacing between Brussels and Whitehall and major UK employers in the area of employment legislation and work place practise.
