Ryan Buckley - Associate (Livingstone Chicago)

Ryan brings more than two years of middle market investment banking experience to Livingstone, working on multiple M&A and capital raising transactions in a variety of sectors, including healthcare services, metals, and niche manufacturing. He also has significant cross-border transaction experience from his tenure with Brown Gibbons Lang & Company in Chicago. Ryan previously worked at Merrill Lynch Financial Services.

Neil Collen - Partner (Livingstone Madrid/Valencia)

After graduating from Durham University, Neil joined his family business, and was actively involved in the sale of that groups of companies in a cross-border deal. Neil has lived in Spain since 1985, and working in M&A since 1991. He was the founding partner of what is now Livingstone Spain. He has led deals in a variety of sectors, including construction products, industrial manufacturing, transport and logistics and food many of which have been international in nature. He has been responsible for a significant amount of leverage buy-outs. Neil currently heads the Retail and Leisure sector at Livingstone Spain. He speaks at several prestigious conferences in Spain and also teaches at the Instituto de Empresa, one of Europe's leading business schools.


Marta de la Cuadra - Associate (Livingstone Madrid/Valencia)

Marta has a degree in Business Studies and a Masters in Finance and Stock Exchange. Upon graduating she worked in the management department of a private bank. Since 2002 Marta has worked as an M&A analyst for Livingstone partners. Marta's work is focused on sector analysis, company valuations and project management especially in the food and drink, packaging and consumer products sectors.


Paul Endersby - Associate (Livingstone Madrid/Valencia)

Paul studied Law with French Law and Language at the University of East Anglia in Norwich and spent a year in France at l’Université Jean Moulin in Lyon. Upon graduating Paul joined James Cowper in Reading where he worked as an Auditor and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003. The following year Paul transferred to the firm’s Corporate Finance department where he worked on a variety of transactions for unquoted companies across a range of sectors. Paul joined Livingstone in January 2007.

Patrick Groarke - Partner (Livingstone London)

Patrick qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in Dublin. He then joined multinational fruit distributor The Fyffes Group in London as Special Projects Accountant where he gained extensive operational and corporate finance experience working in the UK, USA and Spain. Patrick has led a significant number of management buy-outs/buy-ins, acquisition and disposal assignments since joining in 1994. He has extensive experience in the food, print & packaging,manufacturing and home and building products sectors. He heads up Livingstone's Private Equity practise and Livingstone's Consumer team.

Michelle Holford - Business Development (Livingstone London)

After completing a BSc in Psychology at Teesside University, Michelle went on to complete an MSc in Evolutionary Psychology at Liverpool University. Previously a business analyst at PPM Ventures, part of the Prudential, Michelle joined Livingstone in 2004 to work primarily as an analyst across Leisure and Marketing Services sectors. She has since moved into a Business Development role, working closely with team members to create deal and investment opportunities for Livingstone's clients.

Peter McPhillips - Adviser (Livingstone London)

Throughout his career Peter has worked for a series of food manufacturers and has a wealth of knowledge and experience within this sector. In 1989 he was appointed by Hillsdown Holdings to set up a new division for value-added poultry. After the business was acquired by Unigate (now UNIQ plc), he became Managing Director of UNIQ's £400m turnover UK prepared foods division. Peter joined Livingstone as an Industry Adviser in 2005 to support our Consumer sector team's focus on Food & Beverage.

Tom Phipps - Business Development (Livingstone London)

After graduating from University College, London with a degree in history in 1995, Tom joined the Financial Times Group, where he worked as a sector analyst. Since he joined Livingstone in 1998, Tom has led a number of transactions in a variety of different sectors and has developed considerable experience in the Consumer, Technology and Business Services sectors. Much of Tom's current role is focused on developing Livingstone's Food & Beverage, Human Capital and Technology sectors, leading transactions and generating deal opportunities.

Eva Rodrigo - Associate (Livingstone Madrid/Valencia)

Eva earned a degree in Administración y Dirección de Empresas from Universidad de Valencia, and has a Master in Quantitative Finance. She started her career in a family company, then she joined Bancaja working in the structuring of capital market financing transactions. In June 2006 she started working in the financial department of an important real estate group structuring the financing of transactions. Eva joined Livingstone in 2007.


David Sulaski - Partner (Livingstone Chicago)

David leads the firm’s Private Equity practice and business development functions, and directs client engagements. With nearly ten years experience in investment banking, he has particular cross-border and financial buyer expertise. Prior to founding Livingstone, he was a Managing Director at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. and spent four years at William Blair & Company as an executive in the financial sponsors coverage group. Previously, he was General Counsel to the Illinois Development Finance Authority and an advisor to Illinois Governor Jim Edgar.

Harsha Wickremasinghe - Analyst (Livingstone London)

After graduating from the University of Surrey with a BSc (Hons) Retail Management and MSc International Management, Harsha worked as a retail analyst for Verdict Research, a market research consultancy. During his time at Verdict, Harsha gained wide exposure to the sector and developed a particular focus on multi-channel and home related markets. Harsha joined Livingstone in 2007 to work as an analyst in the Leisure and Consumer team, with an emphasis on retail.
