Steve leads Livingstone’s Business Services & Environmental Services practices. He has 20 years of experience advising middle market companies on M&A transactions, financial restructurings, and debt and equity raises. Before co-founding Livingstone USA, Steve was a Managing Director at both Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. and Goldsmith Agio Helms & Co. (Lazard Middle Market). He previously worked with middle market companies in a variety of advisory capacities at Bank of America and Morgan Keegan, and via principal activities at Harbour Group and Foundation Partners.

Christopher has nearly ten years of M&A advisory experience and is Co-Head of Livingstone’s Consumer sector team.
Christopher joined Livingstone in 2005, prior to which he spent five years at Ernst & Young in London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Christopher has advised on over 25 transactions, including company disposals, fundraisings, acquisitions and a large number of private equity backed deals. Christopher has a specialist focus on the Travel, Leisure, Retail and Consumer Products sectors.
Christopher’s recent transactions include the £47m sale of cinema group City Screen to Cineworld plc, the (2009) recapitalisation and subsequent (2012) £19m sale of online travel agent Iglu.com, and the £50m sale of leading business travel management group Reed & Mackay.
Christopher graduated from Durham University in 1999.

After graduating from Lancaster University with a BA in philosophy, Eleanor joined KPMG in London where she qualified as a chartered accountant.
Eleanor transferred to the Corporate Finance arm of KPMG in 2004 where she completed a significant number of transactions focusing mainly on financial services businesses and private equity exits. She joined Livingstone in 2007 and works across a variety of sectors.

After graduating from the University of York, where he studied Economics & Finance, Roshan qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in London. During his 4 years at Ernst & Young, he gained extensive experience of the financial services industry, working within the Assurance, Transaction Support and Business Modelling teams. Roshan has worked on buy-side, sell-side, carve-out, and model build assignments for a range of corporates and PE clients.
Roshan joined Livingstone in 2011 and works within Livingstone’s Business Services team, and he is also actively involved in the Debt Advisory practice.

After graduating from the University of Durham, where he studied Economics, Anant joined Ernst & Young, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He also holds an MSc (Distinction) in Accounting and Finance from Cass Business School. During his time at Ernst & Young, Anant was part of the firm’s Financial Services team, initially within their audit practice and subsequently within their M&A team. Having worked on a number of buy-side, sell- side and fund-raising assignments for PE houses, owner managers and corporates, Anant has extensive experience of managing M&A processes, detailed company analysis, financial modelling and valuation. Anant works across a variety of Livingstone’s sectors.

Eva earned a degree in Business Administration from Valencia University (Spain), and she has a Master in Quantitative Finance. Eva started her career in a family company before she joined Bancaja (now called Bankia) in 2004, working on the structuring of capital market financing transactions. In June 2006 she started working in the financial department of a Spanish leading real estate group, structuring the financing of transactions. Since joining Livingstone in 2007, Eva has advised on and led transactions in a wide range of sectors. Eva’s recent transactions include a debt restructuring deal that involved six financial entities and the majority sale of Oro Direct to JZI International.

Elena, earned a degree in Economic Sciences from Hasselt University (Belgium). She started her professional career as an M&A consultant in The Netherlands with Strategy & Finance, B.V. where she gained international experience. Elena joined Livingstone Madrid in 2001 as M&A executive and coordinator for the firm’s international projects. Elena is now responsible for the development of domestic and global transactions working closely with the Livingstone sector teams worldwide. She has over 10 years of experience in cross-border M&A projects in a wide range of sectors, although she has a specific focus on business services and industrial manufacturing sectors. Elena is fluent in English and speaks Dutch and French.

Ralph began his career in the international audit and transaction services departments of KPMG.
He then spent four years with a large German bank as a project manager and later as head of equity financing for mid-cap technology companies.
From 2002 until the end of 2008 he worked for the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz, from 2006 as a Partner.
Ralph is co-founder and shareholder of Livingstone Germany.
He has gained expert knowledge in cross-border transactions with strategic buyers as well as leveraged buy-outs with financial investors. He has specific transaction experience in automotive, metal and plastic processing, packaging, specialty chemicals, the aviation industry and industrial services.

Ralf started his career in the finance department of Thyssen and then moved into the industrial participations group of a large German bank. From 1999 until 2004 he worked as team leader and Senior Manager for Industrial Products with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and formed part of the Ernst & Young international M&A group. For the following 5 years Ralf was Director Corporate Development EMEA for a large industrial US firm. Ralf joined Livingstone Germany in 2010 as a Partner.
In the last 18 years, Ralf has gained extensive experience in M&A advisory, finance, controlling and integration management. He has led more than 50 cross-border transactions.
Ralf has deep sector knowledge in industrial products, chemicals, packaging, logistics, industrial services and health care.
