Andy leads Livingstone’s Industrials practice. He has 19 years experience advising middle market companies across a broad sector spectrum on M&A transactions, capital raises, and valuation related matters. Prior to joining Livingstone, Andy was Principal & Managing Director and led the Midwest Region at Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he completed more than two dozen transactions. Andy began his career as a financial analyst with NCR, then completed GE’s FMP program.

After graduating from Durham University, Alex qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in London. During his time at KPMG, Alex gained experience of M&A tax, due diligence and valuation assignments, with a particular focus on property and construction companies.
Since joining Livingstone in January 2007, Alex has advised on and led a number of transactions, including disposals, acquisitions and MBOs for corporate and private equity clients and owner managers. Previous clients include EIC, Hamworthy, Brandon Hire, Hallmark Industries, Exploration Logistics and Reed & Mackay.
Alex has worked across a number of sectors but has built considerable experience within the Industrial and Business Services sectors. Particular areas of expertise include HVAC/building products, engineered products and automation/controls.

After graduating from Durham University, Neil joined his family business, and was actively involved in the sale of that groups of companies in a cross-border deal. Neil has lived in Spain since 1985, and working in M&A since 1991. He was the founding partner of what is now Livingstone Spain. He has led deals in a variety of sectors, including construction products, industrial manufacturing, transport and logistics, food and healthcare, many of which have been international in nature. He has been responsible for a significant amount of leverage buy-outs. Neil currently heads the Consumer and Healthcare sectors at Livingstone Spain. He speaks at several prestigious conferences in Spain and also teaches at the IE Business School (Madrid).

Eva earned a degree in Business Administration from Valencia University (Spain), and she has a Master in Quantitative Finance. Eva started her career in a family company before she joined Bancaja (now called Bankia) in 2004, working on the structuring of capital market financing transactions. In June 2006 she started working in the financial department of a Spanish leading real estate group, structuring the financing of transactions. Since joining Livingstone in 2007, Eva has advised on and led transactions in a wide range of sectors. Eva’s recent transactions include a debt restructuring deal that involved six financial entities and the majority sale of Oro Direct to JZI International.

Following his studies of Political Science at the Inner Mongolia Normal University in Huhhot, China, Baoshan studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne in Germany.
In the course of his studies in Germany he completed internships at an international auditing firm and a global chemical corporation. In addition, he gained professional experience through the participation in various Chinese-German projects.
Baoshan joined Livingstone Germany in 2011 as a Consultant. He is responsible for the China Desk of Livingstone Partners. Baoshan has a profound knowledge in Chinese economic policies and Sino-German cultural management.

Christian began his career in the venture capital department of a large German bank. He then took over the position as Managing Director of a mid-cap tooling company serving the steel industry to restructure the business.
After a successful turnaround, he joined the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz in early 1997 where he was Managing Director and Partner from 2000 until the end of 2008. In this function he was in charge of the increasing internationalisation of the advisory services offered by InterFinanz and played a substantial role in founding a leading international partnership of independent M&A advisors where he was made sole Managing Director upon foundation.
Christian is co-founder and shareholder of Livingstone Germany.
He has expert knowledge in the automotive, electrical engineering, information technology, mechanical engineering and tooling, food & beverages, textiles, construction materials and sanitary industries.

Jochen began his career in the private equity division of a large German bank in 1992. For the first three years, he was in charge of venture capital financing of young technology companies, then for a further three years he worked as head in the equity financing division for mid-cap companies and specialised in IPOs.
From 1999 until the end of 2008 he worked for the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz, from 2002 as a Director and from 2006 as a Partner.
Jochen is co-founder and shareholder of Livingstone Germany.
He has international transaction experience and specialist knowledge of technology industries including mechanical and plant engineering, automotive, electrical engineering, sanitary industry, technical wholesale, information technology & Internet, MedTech and travel & leisure.

After his Ph.D. studies at the University of Mannheim, André started his career in an international law firm and continued from 2005 to 2007 in the Transaction Tax team of Ernst & Young Frankfurt as a certified Tax Advisor.
From 2007-2009 André worked with Investkredit Bank AG, Frankfurt, where he established the business in France within the leverage finance team. He evaluated and was involved in a wide range of financing transactions and gained thorough restructuring experience. Besides, he held a teaching assignment in International Finance at the University of Applied Science, Frankfurt.
André joined Livingstone Germany in 2010.
André has international transaction experience and special knowledge within the automotive sector, chemical distribution and packaging as well as retail and turnkey industry projects.

Philip studied Business Administration at the University of Düsseldorf before he started his career in the transaction services department of Ernst & Young in 2005.
Since 2007 he worked with Bank of Scotland in Frankfurt. First as a member of a multi-national leverage finance team and later as part of the local corporate finance team, he was involved in a wide range of financing transactions.

Gregor studied Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) before he started his professional career in a wholesale company active in worldwide markets in 2002, gaining first international experience.
From 2005 on he worked in the M&A department with Belgian investment bank KBC Securities where he was involved in numerous corporate cross-border transactions in Europe. Beyond that he gained professional experience in advising Chinese investors referring to takeovers in the German markets since 2009.

Daniel studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim and the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) before he started his career in the corporate finance sector team Energy/Public Sector of Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie in 2006.
Since 2007 he worked in the corporate finance department of equinet Bank AG, a specialised bank for mid-cap companies. He was involved in many capital market transactions and helped with numerous national and international transactions to establish the M&A business. Daniel was part of the renewable energy team.

Johannes studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne, the Helsinki School of Economics and the University of Oulu in Finland. In his studies he was focused on finance and corporate finance and graduated in 2009.
He completed various internships at investment banks and consultancies in Germany and abroad. He also gained practical insights on a project for a trade and services conglomerate.
