He has 19 years experience advising middle market companies across a broad sector spectrum on M&A transactions, capital raises, and valuation related matters. Prior to joining Livingstone, Andy was Principal & Managing Director and led the Midwest Region at Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he completed more than two dozen transactions. Andy began his career as a financial analyst with NCR, then completed GE’s FMP program.

Following graduation from Cambridge University and law school, Jeremy joined Clifford Chance, the international corporate law firm. Since qualifying as a lawyer in 1991 Jeremy has specialised in M&A in the public and private company arenas.
Jeremy joined Livingstone in 1993, he has led deals in a variety of sectors including defence and automotive engineering, printing and packaging, building products and consultancy.
Jeremy is primarily responsible for leading the firm's Business Services sector team but is also active in the Defence and Security sectors. Jeremy has played an active role in developing Livingstone's international M&A capability.

Christian began his career in the venture capital department of a large German bank. He then took over the position as Managing Director of a mid-cap tooling company serving the steel industry to restructure the business.
After a successful turnaround, he joined the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz in early 1997 where he was Managing Director and Partner from 2000 until the end of 2008. In this function he was in charge of the increasing internationalisation of the advisory services offered by InterFinanz and played a substantial role in founding a leading international partnership of independent M&A advisors where he was made sole Managing Director upon foundation.
Christian is co-founder and shareholder of Livingstone Germany.
He has expert knowledge in the automotive, electrical engineering, information technology, mechanical engineering and tooling, food & beverages, textiles, construction materials and sanitary industries.

Jochen began his career in the private equity division of a large German bank in 1992. For the first three years, he was in charge of venture capital financing of young technology companies, then for a further three years he worked as head in the equity financing division for mid-cap companies and specialised in IPOs.
From 1999 until the end of 2008 he worked for the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz, from 2002 as a Director and from 2006 as a Partner.
Jochen is co-founder and shareholder of Livingstone Germany.

Ralf started his career in the finance department of Thyssen and then moved into the industrial participations group of a large German bank. From 1999 until 2004 he worked as team leader and Senior Manager for Industrial Products with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and formed part of the Ernst & Young international M&A group. For the following 5 years Ralf was Director Corporate Development EMEA for a large industrial US firm. Ralf joined Livingstone Germany in 2010 as a Partner.
In the last 18 years, Ralf has gained extensive experience in M&A advisory, finance, controlling and integration management. He has led more than 50 cross-border transactions.
Ralf has deep sector knowledge in industrial products, chemicals, packaging, logistics, industrial services and health care.

During his Bachelor studies in International Financial Management at the European School of Finance Nürtingen, the California State University Fullerton in the US and the Ajou University in Korea, he gained expertise in financial markets and corporate finance. Whilst attending the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, for his Masters in Finance in 2008 and 2009, he specialised in Investments and International Business Finance.
He completed internships with an investment bank and an insurance company and gained practical experience in the field of international acquisitions.
His analysis of the influence of the international venture capital valuation guidelines on the valuation process was published in a renowned journal.
Philipp joined Livingstone Germany in 2010 as a Consultant.
