Livingstone is regularly appointed to sell businesses on behalf of successful owner managers, blue-chip financial institutions and major international groups. Our philosophy when selling businesses, is to restrict the short-list of strategic purchasers that we deal with to the smallest possible number, frequently as few as six or seven trade buyers.
We are able to limit our discussions to this small number of purchasers as a result of our knowledge of potential purchaser’s acquisition criteria, gathered by our dedicated Research team from serious acquirers around the world.
